The Risk Assessment Matrix (RAM) Form is an example of one approach to organizing risk assessment information. By implementing the RAM, businesses and public agencies are able to identify critical business functions and determine issues that need to be addressed. These forms may be downloaded, amended, and reproduced to fit the needs of an individual business or community.
